The Low Income Energy Conservation (LIEC) Program  Works in partnership with the Arizona Energy Office to provide free energy audits, conservation education, and comprehensive weatherization materials that increase energy efficiency and safety in the homes of low-income customers.

Mesa Community Action Network, Inc Offers a payment assistance program for utilities, as well as, a weatherization program for the repair/replacement of utility-related appliances and systems. They can help you decrease your energy costs.

Arizona Community Action Association A non-profit organization which addresses issues relating to poverty. They offer utility and emergency assistance.

Project Cool Aid Can provide air conditioning system repairs to families that otherwise would not be able to pay for the required equipment and services.
