The City of Mesa offers two vision care plans for benefit-eligible
employees and their qualified dependents. Spectera, a national vision care
provider, administers both plans, effective 1/1/08.

Spectera* to view your member
benefits.
*When logging in as a member on
www.spectera.com,
your member ID made up of 4 leading zeros followed
by your 5-digit employee ID.
NOTE: Effective
May 1, Costco will no longer be an in-network vision
