Deputy City Manager Jack Friedline
 As a Deputy City
Manager, Jack Friedline oversees Transportation, Engineering, Falcon
Field Airport, Utilities and the Real Estate Office.
Mr. Friedline was appointed Public Works Manager in
January 1999 and served as Mesa's Solid Waste and Facilities Director
since August 1993. He was Deputy Public Works Director for the City of
Phoenix and Commissioner of Public Works for the City of Buffalo, New
York.
He is a member of the American Public Works
Association and the Solid Waste Association of North America. He has
a Bachelor of Science Degree from Buffalo State University and a Master's
Degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University.
