NOVEMBER 4, 2008 GENERAL ELECTION – CITY OF MESA BOND AUTHORIZATION FOR STREETS AND PUBLIC SAFETY PROJECTS

The Mesa City Council has placed two (2) General Obligation Bond questions on the November 4, 2008 General (presidential) Election ballot.

  • One question seeking bond authorization to purchase or construct 11 public safety projects for the Mesa Police and Fire Departments at a cost of $58.3 million.
  • The second question seeking bond authorization to construct 13 street projects at a cost of $110.9 million.
