Project Description:
New development in northwest Mesa and east Tempe as well as
the light rail park and ride facility at Main Street and Sycamore are
expected to increase traffic through the Dobson Road and
University Drive intersection. This project is a Regional
Transportation Plan project to mitigate traffic delay and congestion
and enhance safety. Specifically, this project will construct a third
through lane for each direction on University Drive.
