Maricopa County Rental Registry

Arizona Revised Statute §33-1902 requires that all residential rental properties within the State of Arizona be registered with the county assessor’s office of the county where the property is located. Owners of property within the City of Mesa must register with the Maricopa County Assessor’s Office.

The City of Mesa's Code Compliance Division is responsible for the enforcement of this statute.
