Community Revitalization

Community Revitalization works in partnership with citizens, non-profit agencies, City departments, and others in order to benefit low and moderate income people and improve the neighborhoods in which
they live.

We administer HUD federal funds received by the City of Mesa under the

Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME)

Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG)

American Dream Down payment Initiative (ADDI)

Activities undertaken are projects that primarily benefit low and moderate income people and their neighborhoods.

The Office of Human Services is responsible for developing and coordinating a comprehensive human services delivery system
for Mesa. This office represents the City on human services issues
such as homelessness, poverty issues, and regional human services issues.
