Column 1 is narrow and has mostly links to column 1
Column 2 contains the main page content to column 2
E-Bill Notification
How it worksE-Bill notification will
send an e-mail to notify you that your new
bill is ready to view on-line through "My
Utility Account." Customers can choose to
receive an E-Bill Notification Only, or a
Paper Bill and an E-Bill Notification.
Customer's that do not choose either option
will continue to receive a paper utility
bill each month.
Sign up
You can
change your bill notification preferences
online,
call our Customer Service phone center at
480-644-2221, toll free
1-866-406-9659, or come in to a
business office location.
To sign up for E-Bill notification online
- Login to "My
Utility Account".
- Click on Customer Profile, then Update
Bill Delivery. The system displays your
current bill delivery method.
- Click on the down arrow to choose E-Bill
Notification Only, or Paper Bill and E-Bill
notification.
- Enter the e-mail address to send the
E-Bill notification to, and click the Submit
button.
