automatic payment program. How it works
Your monthly City of Mesa utility payment will be
deducted automatically from the bank account you designate approximately 2 days before your due date. The date
your payment will be withdrawn will appear on your utility bill. The proof
of payment appears on your account statement and your next billing statement. How to sign up
- Print out the SurePay
enrollment form, complete it and mail it to our office with a canceled check.
- Call our office at 480-644-2221 or toll free at 1-866-406-9659 to request
a SurePay authorization agreement form in the mail. Once
completed, return it to our office with a canceled check.
Other automatic payment methodsLog on to 'My Utility Account' and
sign up for Recurring
Payments. Automatic payments may be set up with either a bank
draft or credit card.
