Mesa Shovel-Ready Sites

The City of Mesa's Shovel-Ready program was
developed in conjunction with GPEC's Shovel-Ready
program. Both programs are designed to help
prospective companies identify sites that can be developed quickly. The intent of the program
is to save valuable time for companies looking to
locate to Mesa and start construction immediately.
Sites designated by the City of Mesa as
"shovel-ready" are available for sale or lease
immediately, zoned commercial or industrial and are
ready to build with all utilities and other
infrastructure in place. "Shovel-ready" sites
must meet the criteria set forth in the
20-Point
Checklist developed by GPEC.
All sites within the City of Mesa that meet the
qualifications will be posted on this website as
"shovel-ready." In addition, any qualified
site that is submitted to the City of Mesa will also
be posted on GPEC's shovel-ready
Map.
It is the responsibility of the property owners
and/or brokers to complete the
Site Data Sheet
and submit it to the City of Mesa Economic
Development Office. |
