Fiesta District Design Project
The City of Mesa has retained PMC to prepare a design for the Fiesta District. The Design Plan will include development of a District Brand, Vision, and identified improvements to define a unique sense of place while improving transportation and pedestrian linkages. PMC will work collaboratively with the City and the community to redefine, brand and improve the project area.
