Rates and Hangar Facilities at Falcon Field

Falcon Field Airport has 413 general aviation hangars and more than 100 covered tiedowns for owners of general aviation aircraft. The airport currently maintains a waiting list for all hangars and covered tiedowns. Open tiedowns are available. All spaces are leased on a month to month agreement. The Airport has two parallel runways and two helistops. It is one of the most popular Southwest destinations for general aviation travelers with over 300 days of sunshine per year and super low fuel prices.

Waiting List Policy for Covered Tiedowns and Hangars

We currently have waiting lists for our covered tiedowns and T-hangars. To get on these lists, a non-refundable deposit of one month's rent is required. (Incidentally, we have open ramp space available - no wait.)  The deposit for a covered tiedown is $100 and the waiting time for a space is approximately 3 years.  The deposit for the regular size T-hangar is $198 and the waiting time is approximately 8 years.  Once your name has reached the top of the list, and you sign a rental agreement, your waiting list deposit becomes the deposit for your rental agreement.   For more information please contact Helen Brown or Layna Dechant at 480-644-2444.
