Comprehensive Medical Exam

The annual medical exam includes:

• Health Risk Appraisal

• Vital Signs & Body Weight

• Blood Chemistry

• Audiometry (hearing) Test

• Pulmonary Function Test

• Baseline & ongoing immunizations & testing (HBV, HCV, MMR, TT, TB testing every six months, flu shots)

• Resting EKG

• Stress Test (occasionally)

• Titmus (vision) Test

• Chest X-ray (baseline & as recommended by MD)

• Prostate Blood Test (optional male prostate cancer screen)

• Fecal Occult Stool Test (optional colon cancer screen)

• Medical History & Hands-on medical exam

• Result consultation

NFPA 1582 & OSHA Respiratory Protection 1910.134 standards are used by the physician to determine annual medical and respiratory certification.
