Housing Rehabilitation Eligibility
To qualify for a
housing rehabilitation loan or grant:

The
property must be located within the City
of Mesa boundaries
-
You
must have owned and occupied the home
for a minimum of one year.

All
participants must qualify as being
"low income". (80% of
area median income)

Priority
will be given to those who have not
participated before.
-
Owner
contribution may be required for part of
the cost of the rehabilitation work.
-
Owner
may be required to live in the home for
a specified period of time
