Off-Leash Dog Area:

Quail Run Park: 4155 E. Virginia

Mesa's first off-leash area is located in Quail Run Park, north of McDowell Road off Greenfield.  This more than 3-acre area is completely fenced and features areas for timid and active dogs, park benches, and water fountains for both people and dogs. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their pet and are requested to keep their dog under control.

FACILITY IS CLOSED ON THURSDAYS FOR MAINTENANCE.

Designated On-Leash Dog Areas:

The following parks have designated on-leash dog areas.  Please look for signage indicating which area of the park is the dog area.

Chelsea Park, Countryside Park, Enid Park, Ensenada Park, Fitch Park, Hermosa Vista Park, Jefferson Park, Kleinman Park, Los Alamos Park, Pioneer Park, Rancho Del Mar Park, Reed Park, Riverview Park, Silvergate Park, Skyline Park, Summit Park and Valencia Park.

Other Dog Areas:

Dogs on-leash are also welcome at more than 100 City of Mesa Retention Basins.  Dogs are also welcome on the City's Multi-Use Paths along the developed canal banks.
