Subdivision Technical Review Procedures
Subdivision Technical Review applications can be filed with the Planning
Division after they have been formally approved by the Planning & Zoning Board.
Please note: The City Council has the final decision on subdivisions /
condominium cases regarding rezoning, site plan modification, overlay zones, and
general plan amendments. Subdivision Technical Review applications submitted
prior to City Council action are at risk until they are approved by this
governing body.
The Subdivision Technical Review meeting date is the second Thursday of each
month. The submittal date is on Tuesdays, the same submittal date as the
Planning & Zoning Board and Design Review Board. Please all the Planning
Division at 480-644-2385 for specific submittal and meeting dates or for further
information.
