Citywide statistics and maps can be found at

Please use our online request form (link below) to request a grid summary (1/2 mile area). You may also call the Hotline at 480-644-3923 to hear other ways to request this information.

Complete information is needed in order to process your request. A grid summary will be run for the  full 3 months prior to the date of your request. (i.e., you request statistics on Jan. 14; you will get calls for service for the previous October through December.)

The calls typically run for a grid summary are:

  • armed robbery
  • strong armed robbery
  • criminal damage
  • juveniles disturbing
  • subjects disturbing
  • theft (residential, vehicle, commercial)
  • burglary (residential, vehicle, commercial)
  • stolen vehicle
  • recovered stolen vehicle
  • suspicious activity
  • person
  • prowler
If you are interested in a specific type of call not listed at left, please note that in the comments section on the request form, or in your e-mail or fax.

A grid summary will list how many calls for service there were for the crime types listed above left, that have had reports written, in a specific 1/2-mile area for the past 3 full months. A specific address will only be run if it is an apartment complex or town home/condo property. (Duplex/tri-plex/four-plex units are not considered apartments.)  We cannot run specific apartment or condo/town home unit numbers.

A normal single grid request (call types listed above) is usually returned within three business days, but can take up to two weeks.  Any request beyond the normal grid summary as listed above and you will need to submit a Public Records Request

We will not process requests unless address information is complete. The address is necessary to pinpoint the grid area or to run a specific rental community. If you do not have an address for an apartment community, try searching the apartment name through Qwest Dex to get an address.
