New Mesa Police command vehicle set to debut at
City Hall at the Mall event
The new Mesa Police command vehicle will be
displayed at the City Hall at the Mall event, which
is scheduled to take place at Fiesta Mall this
Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m.
The command vehicle, which was purchased through
a homeland security grant in 2007, will be utilized
at major crime scenes, large scale events or
activities involving the police department, and any
event involving homeland security. The command
vehicle is equipped with computers, televisions, and
other instruments that will aide police officials
during critical incidents.
