Your Rights:
- Initial service includes:
- Vehicle hookups
- Winching (unless off-road)
- Cleanup of debris
- Standby time
- First hour of labor
- Mileage to vendor tow storage lot
- Window sealing, if necessary
- First 24 hours of storage
- Delivery to the public roadway for secondary tow.
- Should you choose to have your vehicle towed to a location other than
the vendor's storage lot, additional fees may apply.
- Secondary tows for repair services are the responsibility and choice of the
vehicle owner.

Mesa's police emergency towing contract prohibits contractors from soliciting
business for any body shop, wrecking yard, health care provider, lawyer or other
person or business. This does not preclude the vendor from responding to
customer's questions, if asked.
