Volunteer

Helping Hands, Happy PeopleConsider sharing your most precious gift with your neighbors — your time. The City of Mesa offers many opportunities for citizens to help make our community an even better place to live. Volunteers are needed in our art center, libraries, museums, neighborhoods, parks, police, fire department, courts and many other areas. Whatever you can spare — an hour a week or a few hours a day — we need your help.

To become a volunteer, please search our volunteer opportunities to find an area that interests you. Please also take a look at the requirements for volunteering with the City of Mesa.

In 2007, volunteers provided 269,551 hours of service with a cost savings of $5,093,370 to the City.
